Brian's Bio:

I started my advertising career in 1979 with the Winchester Star in Winchester, Virginia.  I immediately enjoyed the field, and continued with the company until 1982 when I joined the Ogden Newspaper Group, working for the Evening Journal in Martinsburg, West Virginia.  In 1985 I rejoined the Winchester Star as the assistant Classified manager and served with the company until 1990.  At that time I joined Graphic Service in Winchester, Virginia as marketing director for the newly created "Loudoun Homes" magazine (now Dulles Homes).  In 1995 I left Graphic Service to form my own freelance agency specializing in print material for builders, real estate agents, and other clients.  During that time Landmark Publications purchased Dulles Homes from Graphic Service and asked me to join their staff.  Of course, I did and was extremely glad to be able to revisit many familiar faces.  During my career I have been recognized for advertising design by the Virginia Press Association (1982), received the Affiliate of the Year Award by the Dulles Association of Realtors (1993), and awarded the Presidential Award of Excellence by the Greater Piedmont Association of Realtors (2002).
