My wife Marsha & I have made our home at the Lake for the past 6 years. We were
2nd Homeowners for 2 years prior to that. We decided to make this our permanent
residence when our youngest daughter decided to go to Mizzou.
My wife & I graduted in 1978 from the same highschool and started our first business
in 1983. We sold that business in 1998 after 15 years of Successful operation.

 

I have been a Real Estate investor for 25 years, I have invested in all types of property, Residential, Commercial, REO's and Short Sales. I completed my first short Sale in 1987 when most people had never heard of a Short sale.
