Eagle Ridge is a fantastic neighborhood located on the Eagle Ridge Golf Course in Gilroy, CA.  Gilroy, Ca. is the southern gateway to Silicon Valley and this golf course community is a wonderful place to live.  Gilroy is a small town, population just under 50,000, with two high schools.  Residents love the Gilroy Outlets for shopping and proximity to many places for weekend travel.  The weather is a Mediterranean climate, as is most of the Bay Area, and Gilroy is about a 40 minute commute to the job hubs in Silicon Valley.  The beach is just 30 minutes away, over Hecker Pass, which usually does not have much traffic.  It is a joy living here, and working here, as many residents will attest.

Why We Started Eagle Ridge Realty

Eagle Ridge Realty was started to give the residents and people seeking to live in Eagle Ridge the information needed to make wise housing choices.  By specializing, we mean we dedicate ourselves to knowing more than other agents, to benefit our clients.  Eagle Ridge is a gated community, and we felt it needed exposure, which most brokerages will not give it.  So, to give Eagle Ridge it's due, we felt that by promoting this neighborhood, and giving it the proper exposure, it will help Sellers ell their home, adn help buyers make an informed decision.  Selling one's home requires buyers.  We try our best to try and attraact both Buyers and Sellers.  You need both sides of the equation.

We also have another business, Signature Homes & Estates, which we use to represent Buyers and Sellers outside the Eagle Ridge Golf Community.  We like to package transactions, so if you need your home sold to move to Eagle Ridge, talk to us about that, and we can work out arrangements.  We also own Signature Financial, our mortgage arm, so we can help you with your mortgage as well, to make your transaction seamless, easy and painless.
