About Me:

 

Licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1999. I live in Grayson, Georgia and have a wonderful wife of 37 years. We have two grown children and we attend church in Snellville, Ga. I did serve as an officer in the US Army, then completed the MBA program at the University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg, MS. In 2006 I became an Associate Broker. I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative and a Seniors' Real Estate Professional. Personally my wife & I are real estate investors; we have owned, remodeled and sold dozens of homes in all price ranges in many different areas of the country. I specialize in investment real estate. This specialization comes from actual personal ownership experience and working with clients who invest in profitable real estate ventures. Together, we have assembled land parcels for commercial use, converted residential real estate into commercial real estate, built new homes to rent/sell and invested in the luxury vacation home market, often times utilizing 1031 tax exchanges as a means to reinvest funds with out paying taxes. Creating partnerships to attack large real estate projects is not complicated;you just have the right knowldge. All of these situations I have first hand experience in, plus many others.
