About Me:

As an experienced Realtor, I pride myself on doing business with my clients the old fashioned way with honesty, integrity and the ability to listen to my clients and actually hear them when they make their wishes known. I hold ABR, CDPE, GRI and e-pro certifications. I have lived in the area all of my life. I bring thirty-plus years of sales professionalism to the transaction, with a knowledge of negotiating that satisfies my clients.

PROFESSIONAL RESUME:

I am an engineer by degree, and worked as a machine design/sales engineer for better than 30 years. I have been a national sales manager, with up to 15 regional managers working under me.

I became a licensed agent in 2004, and since then have become accredited with my ABR, CDPE, GRI, taken both the e-Pro and e-buyer courses, and became a licensed broker in 2008.

I am recognized as a member of the RE/MAX 100% club, and am an associate broker in my office.

I work with both buyers and sellers on residential single family, multi-family, and condominiums. I also work with new construction and land sales. Although my profile shows my town of residence as Prospect, I have full knowledge of the values and specific nuances of the surrounding towns of Waterbury, Naugatuck, Bethany, Cheshire, Middlebury, and Watertown.

Having taken the CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert classes, I am qualified to assist homeowners that are underwater in their mortgages to successfully get through a short sale.

Here we come to the end of the process that was at some points a complicated one. . It's thanks to your deep experience and profound knowledge that we were able to clean the mess that we were in. It would have been impossible to face the challenges or overcome the obstacles had we listed the house with any other agent.
