About Us:
Unlike many agents in the area today, I am a true local. I was born and raised in Nashville and have never lived outside Middle Tennessee. This means I am familiar with all of Nashville and its bordering counties. This knowledge has helped me to successfully relocate many past clients with minimal stress to them. Moving from another state can be a scary process, especially when you have never visited the area. It helps to have an agent on your side that knows the ins and outs of the area.
Before going into real estate I worked many years with attorneys. This experience instilled in me a phobia for lawsuits and respect for contracts and deadlines. I consider myself an expert negotiator and advanced contract writer. In real estate the win-win approach is always best and cooperation and respect for other agents is vital. In most real estate transactions everything is friendly and closes with ease, but it would be naive to say this is always the case. When things do get uncomfortable you want an agent on your side that is detail-oriented and takes writing your contracts seriously. You want to be made aware of your obligations and deadlines and have someone that has the experience and confidence to stand up for you should things go awry. I am that agent. If it is done right upfront the rest should be smooth sailing.
On a personal note I am a little league coach and dog handler. I have one child and a family of gorgeous homebred show dogs. I understand the need for a large backyard, a fence, or access to a dog park.
