As the name implies, Eclectic Designs offers an array of design services:  home staging/interior consultations, floral design and photography services. 

Having been a Realtor, I understand what buyers are looking for and what makes them fall in love with a property or what makes them run the other way. 

For homeowners looking to sell their homes, I provide different levels of staging services:  1) Comprehensive Staging Report only (a very detailed evaluation and breakdown of what I recommend be done to the property before listing it or 2) Complete Staging Package:  Comprehensive Staging Report + Furniture/Accessory Layout Assistance (no furniture rental services available at this time) + Professional Photography Services (digital images will be provided on CD to use for MLS listing and marketing materials).   

For Real Estate professionals: 

Photography:  Don't waste precious time driving all over town, when I can come to you!  If you're in need of new or updated headshots or photos, I will come to your office.  Photoshoot includes 2 outfit changes and all images will be provided to you on a CD along with a release allowing you to use your photos for all of your marketing materials.  $199.

Floral Design:  I also provide Open House bouquet packages to beautify your listings.  Packages start at $150+
