About Us:
As a lifelong resident of Metrowest Boston, I bring an intimate knowledge of the area towns that are an asset to any buyer or seller. Many times they may not want to hear it, but I am not afraid to give my impressions about why one home is a better value than another, or why a person's home should be priced at a certain point. Starting my real estate career, I bought a few homes as an investor and quickly renovated and sold them. I bring these lessons learned and also the work on my own home addition and rental property to my work with clients. As a full time Realtor, I invest in my training each year and currently have my brokers license, e-pro 500 internet realtor designation, and certified buyer representative.
Towns I Service:
The region I focus on are the towns in Metrowest Boston. If there is a town that I am not fully versed in, I will not hesitate to refer a client to another great Realtor that I have established a relationship with. I cover the towns from Framingham/Natick to Shrewsbury/Grafton. Also, I head as far north as Hudson/Marlboro, and as far south as Bellingham/Franklin. I grew up in Holliston and currently live there now. I have lived several years in the towns of Hopkinton, Natick, Framingham, and Watertown. I have found most of my clients have been first time home buyers, but due to my current sphere of friends, they tend to now be mostly families moving to upgrade their homes. I keep very aware of the retirement communities in town and also the very affordable condo options.
