About me - well, I often tell it like it is if that is best for my client. I also LISTEN to my client - I need to know who my client is and what moves them.
Some of my favorite areas are Magnolia, Queen Anne, Freemont and Ballard areas of Seattle, Renton, Okanogan County (North Central Washington, and Island County.
I specialize in SERVICE and doing the research and footwork that my clients want, need and are paying for. When you buy a home with my help you will know what you are doing.

My area of expertise is HELPING others. Yes, I have spent all my life helping others. That is what make me happy. You need answers to all sorts of questions when buying a home - some questions you don't even know to ask. Knowing and finding answers to these questions is my job. Anyone can fill out the purchase and sale agreement - it is not hard. Taking the time to research every neighborhood, finding the answers to all the questions, finding the homes that meet your needs and your budget - thats my job - to guide and advise you through the whole process.
