Communication and integrity are very important to me in earning your trust and your business. I'm your "Mortgage Matchmaker" helping you through the mortgage process, matching you to the right mortgage loan program and showing you innovations in the mortgage industry. I teach homeowners how to pay off your mortgage in as little as 1/2 to 1/3 the time with very little change to income or spending habits. In addition to buying a home to live in, I show how to use a Self-Directed IRA or 401k to invest in Real Estate!

As an experienced Mortgage Consultant, I also help clients achieve wealth through financing options that save them time and interest off their mortgages. I reveal to homeowners that shopping for a mortgage is no longer just about being fixated on the rate anymore. It's about interest paid and saved, that drives the savings on a typical mortgage & I can show how the math works. 

My underlying passion and goal as a Mortgage Consultant, is to show current and future homeowners that the status quo of mortgage financing is not in their best interest and not going to help them reach their final financial goals and save them time or money. I want to show every homeowner how to pay off their mortgage in 1/2 to 1/3 the time with very little change to income or spending habits, using existing banking products on the market today.

Through the mortgage acceleration concept of using a "flexible mortgage account" homeowners can now utilize their existing income, cash flow and expenses, to offset great portions of interest on their home mortgage loan and reduce the time it takes to pay down the mortgage. Often refinancing is not required, but an analysis is done to determine the best mortgage position to achieve mortgage reduction and accelerated payoff.
