I have maintained my presence in the mortgage industry as professional, but have now segued into a position where I am consulting in the Social Media Marketing realm for Real Estate Agents and othe Mortgage Pros. While I still have an ability to service existing loan clients and help with purchase loans, my primary career focus is now helping others to understand how to utilize internet marketing strategies, that include using social networks, to build their authority and credibility online.
I teach classes in the Washington and Oregon area and hold monthly webinars on how to use tools online and other strategic tactics, including setting up a blog, using automated tools to syndicate and publish content and many other subjects related to social media networking as a professional.

Through the mortgage acceleration concept of using a "flexible mortgage account" homeowners can now utilize their existing income, cash flow and expenses, to offset great portions of interest on their home mortgage loan and reduce the time it takes to pay down the mortgage. Often refinancing is not required, but an analysis is done to determine the best mortgage position to achieve mortgage reduction and accelerated payoff.
