- Description
- Nampa, Idaho real estate has been my mainstay for several decades now. Nampa Idaho real estate is still in touch with the rural surroundings of farming yet we fifteen minutes from Boise Idaho.
About Us:Still a student!
Welcome to Idaho! Being a native I am high on life in this state. It is huge geographically and yet small population wise. If you love the out of doors this is the place for you. We have mountains, valleys, rivers, streams, lakes as well as the sassy urban life and all the educational opportunities you could wish for.
Other than twelve years in Jackson Hole, WY and a couple years in Provo, UT for college; I've lived here all my life. About half of my life was in the eastern part of the state (including Jackson, WY) and the other half in the western part of the state. So you could say that I have experience with whole southern part.
It is this "hometown" perspective that qualifies me best to assisting folks in their real estate pursuits. Coupled with 35+ years of real estate experience, broker's license, 100's of classes and workshops, and three advanced real estate certifications makes you the client the winner. If a full resume is necessary I will sent one to you and you can just google "Ed Byington" to learn more.
Really though, it is making dreams come true, designing a beautiful home, laying out a functional development, getting that first home bought, or finding the perfect location at the perfect price that is most important. That is truly what I am good at. See for yourself if "experience does make a difference."
Customer Service
Customer care is what really sets me apart from all the other practitioners. Yes, I've built two homes of my own, developed three subdivisions, transacted over $100million in real estate, but that doesn't mean anything if the client doesn't know that I care. I get just as much thrill out of putting that couple into their first home as I do closing that $15million luxury home. I just love assisting people getting the most out of their real estate experience.
Having grown up on a dairy farm, I learned a strong work ethic early on. Going the distance is not a problem. Getting creative is what it takes, as no two properties/transactions are the same.
Testimonials
"Ed will forever be dear to us. When we thought we would never get our own home, he worked magic and made it happen. He is so kind too." Mendi and Ken
"Over two years ago, I met Ed through the internet. He was kind enough to send me listings, information about the area, services, etc. With absolutely now promise of any sale, he burnt a lot of gas over six visits and even bought lunch several times; not once did he complain. He did find us the dream home we were looking for." Sharon and Jeff
"We live in northern Idaho and own several properties in the Boise area. We met Ed four years ago and just now helped us get out of a tough property. His expertise paid off for us. Most importantly he is honest and full of integrity. He has done many things for us and never charged us either, things like check on the renters, get bids on a roof that blew away in a windstorm, get renters for one house, do price valuations, and more." Jon and Nadine
"My partner and I were not sure about Ed at first and then googled "Ed Byington" for the fun of it and WOW! You need to check it out it sold us. We hired us to consult on a development stalled with our county planning process. Those folks knew Ed and just having him on the case helped it come together." VTG Partners
"I just completed the sale of my family farm. My kids had all grown up there. We had hundreds of picnics countless hours of blood sweat and tears. My husband got sick and passed on two years ago, when I met Ed. He was so compassionate. I hired him to market the place as it was more than I could handle. He kept me on comforted through the whole process which took eighteen months and hundreds of ours of his time to help me get through it. It was not just selling the farm is was passing on all those memories that mad it tough." Barb
