WELCOME!

I am an unabashed Sebastian, Florida booster.  My wife Jean and I first vacationed here with our kids decades ago and came back when we were looking for a vacation/retirement home in a small town on the water.  After years of searching we decided that this area had the best balance of geographic, environmental, climatic, demographic, economic and general quality of life factors and we purchased our own waterfront home here in 1998.  For several years we enjoyed our slice of paradise for vacations, holidays and long weekends, but in 2001 we decided to sell our empty nest of 16 years in the Atlanta, GA area and move here permanently.

After a 30 year carreer as a CPA, Corporate Director and Chief Financial Officer, I went into Real Estate in 2001 and have enjoyed helping hundreds of others to find their own slices of paradise ever since. 

As year round residents, we enjoy the seasons and find summers more comfortable here on the coast than inland locations we have inhabited much further north. We get out on our boat several times every week and explore the beautiful waters surrounding the area. It is a place and a life that we have chosen and we feel blessed to be able to live our dream here every day.

Areas of Expertise

My financial management career gave me a ton of experience which I use to help people buy and sell property every day. I have obtained a Broker license, a TRC (Transnational Referral Certification} and my GRI (Graduate Realtor's Institute). My customers include families, retirees, empty nesters like ourselves, investors, second or vacation home buyers, relocations, commercial property buyers, etc. I serve my customers by getting to know them and listening to their needs and their wishes, then contributing my skills and knowledge of the local market to help them make the best decissions possible for themselves.  I take most of the worry and stress out of such transactions by paying close attention to details and communicating openly with my customers.  I am proud that my business has thrived based on my reputation and referrals from happy customers, which tells me I am on the right path.

Since moving here I have served on the board of directors for our local Chamber of Commerce and as Chairman of its Economic Development Committee.  Jean and I have contributed and worked with Habitat for Humanity and support the efforts of local environmental groups to acquire, improve and maintain our area's natural resources, and I contribute a portion of every commission check I earn to the Children's Miracle Network.

I have specialized in local waterfront and golf course communities such as Collier Club, River Run and Reflections on the River where I own or have owned properties myself, and where I can provide the highest level of service, while serving all my customers' real estate needs throughout Indian River County and southern Brevard County Florida. I am a member of both the Indian River and Brevard Boards of Realtors and place my listings on both MLS web sites as well as Re/Max.com, Realtor.com, WorldProperties.com, the Florida Living Network and a host of others.
