I am available to my customers 24/7 and I never let my customers go to a closing alone.

As a landlord and investor myself, I can guide you through local ordinances and codes affecting investment properties and regulating landlords. If you are buying in an area that licenses landlords, I will assist you in completing the proper inspections and paperwork so that you can begin to collect rent immediately following the closing.

All customers who list their homes with me can receive free home staging using the furnishings already in the home, and at no additional charge. Home staging can increase traffic and interest in a listing and lead to a better offer sooner.
Historic Properties
Historic properties have special issues and considerations. If you are considering buying or selling a historic property, I have the expertise to assist you. I can help sellers market their properties through specialty websites and magazines. As the chairman of the Kankakee County Historic Preservation Commission and a member of the Regional Planning Commission, I can provide information on local incentives for historic preservation.
