About Us:

We are West Michigans Leading Sustainable Residential Design Firm. We designed our first green home for a client in 2002 well before it was cool to design green homes, and we have been doing it with a passion ever since. We were the designer of the 2007, 2008 & 2009 Michigan Energy Fair Show House. We also were one of the recipeant of the GLREA Exemplary Project Award for 2007. And the Design Firm of West Michigan's first LEED for Homes "Platinum" Certified projects.

Areas of Expertise

We specialize in Sustainble or Green residential design. All of our designs follow the LEED for Homes guidelines and include some of the following Passive Solar Design, Lifetime Design, Not So Big House Phlosphies, Wind Generation, Soloar Hot Water, Radiant Heat, Geothermal Heating and Cooling, Photovoltaic, ICF construction, SIP Panel Construction and Advanced Framing Methods.
