About Me:
My expertise is in the Arvada area, because I grew up here, but I can also provide excellent service for all of Jefferson County as well as Broomfield, Boulder, N. Denver, and Adams Counties. I am proud to say that I am a Colorado native.
Prior to receiving my real estate licenses, I worked for over 15 years as a legal secretary. I currently hold an active Colorado Broker's License and an inactive Texas Salesperson's License. I believe in furthering that education and have done so by earning the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations. I am currently working towards the requirements for earning the MRE (Master of Real Estate) designation, and thus far, have completed the courses: Clauses for Winners, How to Be a Good Transaction Broker, Advanced Contracts, Procuring Cause Guidelines, and Harnessing the Power: Skills Based Performance Management.
I am currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Jefferson County Association of Realtors.
