My joy as a realtor is helping a client to realize their dream of buying their first new home or selling their existing home so they may move onto their new dream home!

My Commitment To My Client

I believe that my responsibility as a realtor is to make the process of buying or selling as stress-free as possible for a client!  I not only rely on my own knowledge and experience, but with Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Shore I have at my fingertips the many years of experience of a team of realtors, mortgage lenders, and Title Companies that also believe as I do; that to give complete service to a client is our most important goal!

When first approached by someone to buy that dream home, I listen to their desires and help them to prepare their wish list and provide mortgage lender options who will work with them through the pre-approval process.  Then armed with that information I seek out that property that fullfills every item possible on their wish list!  I accompany the client(s) on tour possibilities until they know that they are "Home"!  But my devotion to my buying client does not stop there!  I continue to be available to resolve issues when they have questions/concerns.  I stand beside them every step of the way to the closing table; and I will be there to make sure they fully understand the entire process.

I give that same devotion to a person desiring to sell their property.  I will meet with them fully equipped with a comparable market analysis of their area and listen to and notate their goals.  When we have signed the seller/agent contract we become a team! 

  • Basic household repairs - I will provide a list of qualified tradesmen.
  • Property & Home Staging - Economical options that provides the best presentation. 
  • Prospective Buyers - Will work with seller to ensure prompt access for tour.
  • Offer To Purchase - Provided promptly for seller review and prompt response.
  • Inspections/Certifications - Scheduled to continue the ease of flow to the day of closing.
  • Closing Day - We are there!

It is my happy job to make the entire process as stress-free as possible for my client!  I gladly take on the responsibility of everything possible - but the packing up! 

And when the time is right, I become their buyer-agent!
