Helping lovely people discover beautiful Western Colorado - Cedaredge, Delta, and all of Delta Co. and Montrose Co. Come see us... you'll want to stay - and we'll help you find that perfect home.
Why we love Cedaredge CO and Delta County, Colorado
Western Colorado is such an undiscovered area! When you say "Colorado" most people think of Denver, mountain views, looking west from Mile High Stadium, ski slopes... they have NO idea that OUR side of the state exists. I'm here to introduce all to the beautiful, unique "Western Slope" of Colorado. We moved to Colorado from Texas 12 years ago. Our first home was in Montrose in an area called Bostwick Park. Bostwick Park is on Highway 347 which takes you to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Wow, what a hole in the ground! In 1997 we moved to the Cedaredge area. Cedaredge is a lovely little town sitting on Highway 65, designated the Grand Mesa Scenic ByWay, at the base of Grand Mesa, the world's largest flat-top mesa. Talk about sportman's paradise!
Grand Mesa boasts over 300 lakes (think fishing), miles and miles of hiking, biking and snowmobile trails, Powderhorn Ski Area, elk, moose, deer, sled dog racing, and the list goes on......
The "Western Slope" includes Grand Junction in the north, Delta, Montrose, Ridgway, Ouray, Telluride, Durango, all the way south to New Mexico. If you've never been here come on down for a visit.
If you're a buyer thinking about moving to our area, just give us a call. We will help you make lodging arrangements, point out all the good eating spots and just generally take good care of you.
Why choose us....
I love working with Buyers, especially folks who are moving to our beautiful area from another part of the country. As a director and President of the Cedaredge Area Chamber of Commerce, being a goodwill ambassador for Delta County gives me great joy.
Sellers know that listing their home with me means their home will be showcased to it's fullest potential. The key to selling homes in today's market is to be keenly aware that we now market to the world as well as locally. Virtual tours and multiple still photos are a MUST in selling homes. Buyers want to "see" your home before they spend the time to physically see it.
Being involved in our community is very important to us. My husband, Snub (yes, he really answers to that name) and I love meeting people and showing them our wonderful town. Here are a few of the organizations we currently support.
Cedaredge Area Chamber of Commerce - President 2010 Chairman of Applefest 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011
Delta County Board of Realtors - President 2008-2010
Delta County Board of Realtors Director 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009

Eileen, thank you for everything you have done. I have never had a Realtor that went so "over and beyond" to get my property sold. You were the only Realtor that would take on what we knew was going to be a difficult sale. You stood with me for almost 2 years and never gave up on me or the sale of the property. I will highly recommend you to others. Mona B.
We originally found our historic home and B&B (with over an acre right in the middle of a little mountain town) listed on a website for B&Bs that were for sale. At the time we were living in Alabama, and were not familiar with the Western Slope, not alone Cedaredge. But from what we could find online, the area appeared to have a very old fashioned charm, so we planned a trip to fly out west and look at the property. Eileen Liles was the real estate agent for the seller, and even though she had never met us before, she treated us as if we were her clients. Her love for the Surface Creek Valley was so genuine that we knew our feeling about the area was right on target. We also knew we were dealing with someone who would not only be honest with us, but was also the kind of person everyone wants as a friend. Four short months later we were buying the property, and moving to Cedaredge. At the closing, we had the opportunity to meet Snub Liles, and like his wife, Eileen, we immediately took a liking to him. The closing went so smooth that all the parties involved agreed that it was unbelievable; closings aren't supposed to be enjoyable, but this one was a lot of fun! The Liles had represented their client, along with walking us through the entire procedure way beyond what was required of real estate agents. Their professionalism and truly caring personalities are unassailable. That was all back in October of 2006, and we are still ever so grateful for their kindness they showed to the complete strangers that we were, and blessed by the wonderful friendship that began back then, and continues to grow stronger with each passing year.
