I have lived in Los Angeles since 1978 and pretty much know my way around this diverse City of Angels. Although I work mostly in the westside neighborhoods of Los Angeles, I have represented clients in Orange County, San Bernardino and Palm Springs. I am dedicated and passionate about providing all my clients unmatched customer service, patience and diligence. I work with first time buyers and sellers and real estate investors. Another type of client I have worked with is the Out of the Country home seller needing a reliable Realtor proficient in emailing and internet savvy. I have represented Sellers who live in Indonesia and in South Korea. I have a passion and love for the business as I do for all other things in my life. I received my R.E. license in 1998. I was with Re/Max Beverly Hills for nine years until February 2009 when I moved over to Keller Williams Realty. Prior to Real Estate, I was in the entertainment industry with the reality show COPS which I left to practice Real Estate. I have never looked back!
Green Real Estate
Recently I developed a 45-minute interactive workshop for the low to moderate income community providing inexpensive educational tips on Green home improvements. I hope to launch a pilot program in 2008. With the looming climate crises, together we can all do our share in reducing the amount of carbon dioxide emissions inside our homes by applying and practicing very simple changes. Practicing "green" choices in our homes also promotes a healthier and cleaner indoor environment. As Realtors, we need to be more pro-active in advising Sellers to consider green home improvements which will have a three-fold effect: add move value to the home, reduce carbon dioxide emissions and improve indoor air quality for a healthier life.
