I love helping people navigate the real estate game! My daughter (Jessica Fender) is my partner. We are Team Link!Our goal is that our clients will have a pleasant experience. I have been a Realtor since 1980 and have been in the leadership of my profession for more than 23 years. I stay involved so that I can best protect my clients. I network with the top agents around the United States to learn how I can improve my marketing skills. My daughter and I are the perfect combination of experience and up-to-date marketing. I go out of my way help other Realtors succeed. I was the President of the Southern CA Chapter of CRS for 2007 and was named their Member of the Year for 2007.
