Kara launched her real estate career in 2004 with an established Winter Park real estate firm, Century 21 and over the next 4 years was one of the firm’s top performers. In 2008 she was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and started Sommerville Real Estate Group. Kara is a resident and Native to Central Florida. She was born in Winter Park, Florida attended school at Oviedo High and the University of Central Florida.
