I specialize in REO Transactions. I have experience with a number of banks and Asset Managers in helping to close successful foreclosure transactions. I work with Realtors in different states such as Arizona, California, Florida, Rhode Island and Detroit. I am able to assist with pre marketing activities such as bpo's, mmr's, inspections, utilities,et. I also assist with coordinating all offers on the property before a contract is obtained. Once the contract is obtained, I coordinate all communication and activities with all of the parties involved to reach a successful closing.
