I have had a passion for real estate most of my life.   After my children began going off to school, I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate and have never looked back.  I love being out there meeting new people and helping them find a special place that they can call home.  It doesn't matter to me wether they are first time buyers, downsizing or looking for that million dollar home,  My goal is always the same; to find my client the very best home  for the best possible price, no matter how long it takes.  I once had a client comment on how patient I was while looking at homes as they had looked at quite a few and still hadn't found the perfect one.  He said " Ella,  you never get tired of looking at homes, sometimes I think you're enjoying this more than we."  You know I think he was right.   

 When working as the listing agent,  I truly enjoy helping my client stage their home as if it were mine, and can't wait to show it off at an open house.  This attention to detail has certainly paid off,  contrary to what you might hear in the media about the poor market conditions, so far in 2008 I have had one listing go under contract in 10 days and another in just 7 days!  It's fun, when you love what you're doing.

Although I am the only member, in New Hampshire, of the Keller Williams Luxury Homes Division, as I stated above I work with all buyers and sellers no matter what their price range.  My commitment however, is to treat all of my clients as million dollar clients.
