Areas of Expertise

I tend to work about 50/50 with Buyers and Sellers.  I think that's the best way to be on top of the game and realistic about the marketplace.  I especially love working with people that like to find a REALLY good deal...and that's not always what you find on the MLS...many times there are deals to be had BEFORE they get to market!
