Located in the Lake Sunapee Area of New Hampshire and having opened up in 1988 as a Real Estate Sales Office for all types of real estate from residential, land, commercial, waterfront, condo's, multifamily and investment property. Taking pride in selling more units which is listed and sold in this area since 2000 than any other agent in al types of real estate combined.

I have been selling real estate full time in this area since 1983 and have been licensed in New Hampshire since 1979.  I prefer to be considered a match maker and that I listen to the buyers needs and eventually find them the right property.  I also work hard for the seller when I list their properties. I try to get them the highest and best price and promoting their property the best way I feel is succesful for them and treat them very fair when it comes to commissions and other aspects of a sale.

I invest in real estate myself and have made lots of money doing it.  I also enjoy finding a good deal for a buyer and watching them make money.  my thoughts are that real estate is a good investment and it's here to stay.  there are up's and downs but when the dust settles, it seems to hold the best value as far as investments go. There are different wants for different people and in this area a waterfront property is usualy something that you can't go wrong purchasing and you should find your most return for your money.  I pride myself in getting the job done.  Closing the deal!  Being creative if need be to make it all happen.
