Getting to Know Me:
Four things you should know about me right off the bat:
1) I'm a People Person. That's right. People float my boat. I love people like God loves people. It's true.
2) I'm a House-a-holic. Bonafide, always have been. I love all kinds of houses, and all the history, and real life stories they hold. And I'm thrilled to participate in that most important match-up of people to homes.
3) I'm a Change Agent, helping change our economic outlook one successful pre-foreclosure sale at a time.
4) Integrity is a point of pride with me. There is nothing worth doing if it in any way compromises my integrity. You can count on that.
As for the rest, I've been an artist and project manager most of my life and a REALTOR for just a few years. But being new to the industry does have it's advantages for my clients. For instance, I have no bad (old) habits. I'm comprehensively trained and experienced in strategies tailored to the current real estate market, not what used to be.
I specialize in the latest in pre-foreclosure systems, real estate marketing strategies and internet technologies. And so far, I've had no complaints. None. Just satisfied clients. Because I know my business, stay current on industry-wide and local real estate trends and developments, and live the golden rule.
And for most people, that's just what they want in their REALTOR.
What I'm Really Good At
In today's challenging real estate environment, Atlanta is different. It was never way overpriced and so it has not crashed and burned like those markets that were. It's a market ripe with opportunity for discerning buyers and sellers right now.
I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert, specializing in foreclosure prevention. I work primarily in the eastern communites of metro Atlanta's Southern Crescent, from the intown neighborhoods of East Atlanta and Ormewood Park, to the suburban communities of Ellenwood, Rex and Stockbridge, to the historic college town of Morrow. I chose these neighborhoods because they boast wonderful properties and environments, are rich with character, and are convenient to all the amenities a major city like Atlanta has to offer. And, oh, the homes! There is something foe everyone, every taste, size and style. While each has it's own flavor, these are neighborhoods where my family and I could happily, comfortably enjoy all the best of southern living. You probably could, too.
