My experience as a real estate professional, has taught me to learn real estate from the "bottom up."

I started out in real estate buying and rehabbing my own primary residence after watching episodes of the Handyman television series, and reading "How To" books in the local library. This allowed me to sharpen a keen eye for estimating repairs and spotting potential problems. It also allowed me the opportunity to network with local building inspectors, and government officials who provided excellent feedback and referrals. I know the local culture, I speak their language, and my over 25 years experience in the community has garnered me the respect and admiration that money can not buy.

That experience and fortitude carried over into the corporate sector, where over 160 Broker Price Opinions were assigned and completed for evaluation in 2011. An adequate number of REO assignments were the natural transgression of that hard work from corporate partners, so investors have begun to take notice.

My philosophy has always been to provide a higher level of service to corporate owners, and to be the single point of contact for all REO dispositions in the Mercer and surrounding areas. I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
