This is such a great question! I think to answer it - I have to defer to what others have told me: I'm professinal, organized, a clear communicator, hard worker, enthusiastic, "not what they are used to" (whatever that means!), and approachable. I enjoy what I do. I continually strive to learn about this ever-changing industry. I work to differentiate between the national market, the press, and our local market. I take pride in a job well done and I enjoy what I do - I have FUN at work!

My credentials include ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute). My 2008 education goals include earning my CRS - the most prestigious Realtor designation - E-pro and ASR (Accredited Sellers Representative). Further, I am going to be "Evolving" under real estate coach, mentor and guru, Denise Lones, owner of the Lones Group in Bellingham, Washington. She is a master of the industry and the knowledge and skills I will learn in 2008 from Denise will rival any education I've ever had (including University).

My focus is residential real estate. I've worked consistently well with first time homebuyers more than any other group. I enjoy their enthusiasm, their questions, and their happiness when they first own a piece of the American dream. I just love it! It's adrenaline to me - to see other so happy!
