About Susan:

I grew up in Kingston and area and now reside in the Gateway to the 1000 Islands, Gananoque, Ontario.  If you are not familiar with the area, we are located halfway between Toronto, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec.  It is a beautiful area in all seasons but really comes to life in the summer months as we are surrounded by water.  We're situated along the St Lawrence River with Lake Ontario to the west of us, the entire Rideau Canal System to the North with its many back lakes and of course, the ever popular Charleston Lake to the East.  The International Bridge to New York State is only a few minutes down the road making us a favourite destination for vacations and summer homes.

Gananoque is filled with beautiful Victorian homes, shady tree lined streets, quaint shops, theatre, and don't forget our Casino which brings in many dollars to the community!

We are only 15 minutes from the military base (CFB Kingston) and many personnel call Gananoque home.  We have become home to many from Queen's University, Kingston General Hospital, and St Lawrence College.
