Areas of Expertise

I have three areas of expertise.
#1) Issues related to the ageing Baby Boomer Generation: I am an active SRES, or Senior's Real Estate Specialist. This does not just include the sale of real estate to or for seniors; but all areas of concern to the senior population: Whether that be the purchase or sale of a home; a referal to a tax professional; or any other issue of concern.
#2) I am expert in helping first time buyers. I love guiding first time buyers through the complicated and often confusing process of buying a home, and seeing the thrill and appreciation on their faces when that process concludes.
#3) I am experienced and adept in the area of forclosures. I work for several national companies, helping them manage the sale of their inventories. I also am highly experienced in the area of short sales. I love helping the owner-in-default avoid a foreclosure, and possible bankruptcy. Working with lender's loss mitigation departments requires a special mentality and touch. I have that touch.

I felt compelled to attach this note due to the lack of space on your survey. I just wanted you to know that my agent, Thom Cunningham, was top-notch in every respect.
After having my house listed for well over two years with Andrew Realty, and C-21, I had all but given up the hope of ever selling my duples on West Oklahoma.
My wife used to sell for Andrew Realty and suggested that we try Remax. She said that Greg Winklejohn was very aggressive. I suggested that we use Thom Cunningham due to the fact that I work with his wife and son.
When I had my house listed with Andrew, I felt as if I was just another MLS number. I heard nothing from anyone, ever. I, myself, even had to return the sign to them personally once my contract was up with them. I was not happy with the way that my house was being marketed, or the lack thereof.
I then decided to switch to C-21. My preacher's wife listed my house, and again, not too many things were done that impressed me. There were the occasional showings, but nothing solid. And, unlike Andrew, I heard about everything. There were a lot of high hopes being brought to the table, but no offers. It got to the point to where I didn't want to hear anything about the unit until a contract was signed.
When I approached Thom, I told him of my past nightmares and told him that I didn't want him to call me about anything until he had a serious buyer with a serious offer. He conformed, and stuck to this agreement.
My unit on Oklahoma was on the market for a short time with Remax, in comparison to the other offices, and it was shown more in that short amount of time than the entire times combined with the two other companies.
Thom and I were in constant e-mail with each other almost on a daily basis near the end. He was very quick to act on my ideas, and threw in a few of his own. Also, while this unit was on the market, I gave Thom a chance to sell another property of ours, and he had it sold in two days!!!
I just wanted you to know that I am very pleased with the results that I got from Remax, as well as with Thom. We have a few other properties and, if we ever decide to sell any of them, we will be calling Remax. Plus, any and every chance we get we are referring people to your company and to Thom.
