Who is Darrell Evans and how can he help you?
Since 1992, Darrell Evans has been involved in the real estate industry. He was first licensed as a real estate agent serving first time home buyers while in college at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas studying finance and he maintains an active real estate license and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors. After graduation, he took his love for finance and became a financial representative for a large financial firm. A few years later, while feeling the passion for both real estate and financial services, he entered the mortgage industry in 2000 and has found his unique ability returning to his love of working with first time home buyers.
Darrell's career has spanned from originator to mortgage company owner and now is a Home Mortgage Consultant for one of the nation's largest lenders. He is passionate about helping his clients simplify the mortgage process, remove the clutter from the complex and ever changing mortgage/real estate industry and transfer his experience of helping over 3,000 people in the matters of mortgage and real estate. He has an indepth knowledge of financial markets, economic indicators, market trends and movements and will advise you on how they affect your mortgage decision. He believes the mortgage is a tool that when properly integrated into the overall context of your financial plan can dramatically increase your overall net worth.
