About Us:
I am a Sr. Loan Officer / Sales Manager for Northern States Funding Group. I've been in the residential lending business since 1991. I have experience in every facet of the mortgage industry, from loan opening, to servicing. I have managed inside sales, but specialize in realtor / builder referalls. I've developed a reputation as being "always there when needed". With my vast experience in residential mortgage lending, I can answer most difficult questions immediately. I take much pride in my line of work and enjoy working to help consumers find the best mortgage product to fit thier individual needs. I am a licensed mortgage banker and can lend in PA, NJ and FL. We underwrite EVERYTHING in house from FHA, VA, Alt-A, Subprime, to vanilla conventional loans. I am very technologically literate and have learned to streamline the application process by using todays latest and greatest technologies. I am more than open to share the ideas and discoveries with other lenders and brokers. So, please don't hesitate to ask!

I have closed loans in 3 days from initial application! I have worked as a loan opener, processor, underwriter and closer. I managed a secondary marketing department and helped post-closing. I helped build a processing / underwriting system for one of the largest company in the country. I have managed sales teams. I've taught many real estate agents the basics to mortgage lending.
