I have been in the mortgage business for over 10 years and am extremely passionate about what I do. A mortgage is in all likelyhood one of the largest debts that one will ever take out in their life. My job as a Mortgage Planner is to help my clients effectively manage that debt, and to choose the right loan that will fit in with their long term and short term financial plan-so that it leads to greater wealth creation for them and their families. Reducing interest expense, minimizing taxes and in some cases improving cash flow are often objectives that I want to help my clients achieve.

My area of expertise is residential mortgages in general. In particular, I focus on first time home buyers. I strive to give home buyers the "overall lowest cost of borrowing" and to give them the best loan for their particular situation.
