I was born and raised in Miami Florida. I graduated from St. Brendan's High School in 1982. In 1984, I obtained my Associate Degree from Miami Dade Community College with a major in Business Administration. In 1986 I graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors Degree in Apparel Management. I worked in the retail business from age 14-23 but decided to change fields and worked for property management companies for the next six years. In 1989 I obtained my real estate license and in 1993 took the plunge into full time real estate with my mother's Company. In 1994 I received a Mortgage Banker's Certificate. In 1996 became a Real Estate Broker and REALTOR®. I am also a Certified Miami-Dade Marketing Professional. I have received the "Rising Star" award in 1999 and in 2001 the member of the year award from the Women's Council of REALTORS®, Miami-Dade South Chapter. In October 1999 I received the "Committee Member of the Year Award" from The REALTOR® Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches and from 1999-2004 I was welcomed into the Realtor Association of Miami Beach Honor Society. In 2002 I received the WCR Special President's award for the State of Florida. In 2003 I received the Florida Association of REALTORS® Honor society award. I have maintained a position as a Board of Director on the Leadership Team with RAMB since the year 2000.
I am a former President for the Women's Council of REALTORS®, Miami-Dade South Chapter. In 2001 I chaired the WCR state credentials committee and vice-chaired the international WCR state committee. In 2002 I had the honor of serving as WCR District IV Vice-President. I hold several designations for completing courses of education in the business of real estate: the RRC (Residential Relocation Certificate); the LTG (Leadership Training Graduate); the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist); GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute); and the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) the PMN (Professional Marketing Network) and EPRO (Internet Professionals). I study continuously to keep up to date so that I can keep you well informed and provide you with the best possible service. For the last 5 years I have chaired the membership committee for the Business Referral Group of South Florida.And 2006-2007 was the president for the group. I have built a network of REALTOR® friends that can take care of you not only in Miami Dade, Coral Gables or South Florida, but throughout the world. The main focus has been to use all this accumulated knowledge to do a better job in helping my customers, clients, friends and other REALTORS® buy and sell real estate.
I like my work and enjoy sharing with my clients in a professional and relaxed atmosphere. I make sure that they are satisfied with my work and in most cases we establish a friendship. When I am not working, I take pleasure in sports, sharing with my husband, pets, family and friends. I run 5k races whenever possible and ran an 8 mile race in "Calle Ocho" just to reach the end...and the beer. I love tennis on Sunday mornings, fishing, lobster hunting and boating anytime. | Eli is terrific! She worked with my daughter and I to purchase a condo while my daughter attends the Univ of Miami. Being from California I suspected it would be difficult to work out the details long distance but the opposite happened. Eli made the entire transaction of locating a condo in the area we wanted, she worked with the listing agent and handled all the financial transactions while at the same time keeping us up to date almost daily. | Eli Ristine is without a doubt among the best and most conscientious of realty persons in the business. This energetic and highly professional woman came into our house full of enthusiasm and infectious laughter. Within five minutes we began to think of her as someone we'd like to have as a friend. We immediately felt we could trust her and accept her judgment in ALL things concerning the sale of our house including a realistic, but nonetheless profitable selling price. She was extremely sensitive to our needs (we work at home) and arranged showings accordingly. Even though we needed an extended closing date, she had found buyers for our house in less than four weeks after she had listed our home. When we needed any handymen, Eli recommended dependable people. When we needed to sell our car because we were moving overseas she suggested a reliable dealer who would buy it from us for a reasonable price. Not only did she sign the closing papers for us, but she also made sure the money from the sale was transferred directly into our account in the Republic of Panama. To top it all off, she even picked us up after the closing and drove us to Miami airport so we wouldn't have to spend money on a taxi. This wonderful woman will always be a welcome guest in our new home! |

Yes, I know that if you give this to a potential client they'll say, Yeah, Yeah. We know blah, blah blah But I'm writing it anyway. | I would like to recommend to anyone looking for an agent to consider Eli Ristine. I was living in South Florida a few years ago and was looking to purchase my first home. As a first time home buyer, I was obviously a bit nervous and very careful. Eli, must have shown me dozens of places, and never put pressure on me to purchase, instead really focused on understanding my needs.We eventually found a condominium which matched everything I was looking for, and Eli strongly recommended that I jump on it, which I did and after some negotiating (where Eli always represented me, and was very patient) I purchased the unit. I lived there for two years, and then went right back to Eli to help me sell it. You see, I felt an obligation to work with her, not because she made me feel it out of guilt, but because she had worked so hard for me before. Once again Eli represented me really well, and never tried to talk me into trying to lower the price, like other real estate agents had, when I called around the Beach at the beginning trying to get an idea of the market. The property sold after two months, and I made a $60,000 profit on my first real estate transaction. Since then I have moved to Savannah, GA, because of my work, but if I were living in South Florida, I would still be working with Eli. Anytime I look for a real estate agent now, I look for someone who has the same or similar qualities as ELi. She has set the bar in my book. I strongly recommend her to you.
