I am friendly, professional and enjoy helping people design homes that meet their lifestyle needs.  I enjoy working with other real estate professionals and value my business friendships.

Areas of Expertise

I like to meet folks, show them around my community, point out the highlights of both Canopy Creek and Palm City.  Then take them on a detailed tour of the land (over 700 acres). Once I have helped the folks "fall in love" with a site, I help them choose a design to build.  Then, I gather the information about the home design that will work for their family and customize a home and lot package to be priced by Kolter Homes.  Once the home is priced, I work as a liason between the homeowners and my builder to get the best possible price and terms.

Before joining Kolter Homes at Canopy Creek, I worked on site at Windstone (also in Palm City) and represented Arthur Rutenberg Homes.  I have also worked at The Arbors in Hobe Sound, The Tesoro Club on the Treasure Coast, The Medalist Golf Club in Hobe Sound, and The Moorings of Jupiter.  I have been fortunate in meeting many wonderful homeowners and sales professionals since I earned my Florida real estate license in 1987.
