I have been a permanent resident of Naples in South West Florida for 20 years. As the Owner and Broker for RE/MAX Estates, I oversee the brokerage operation as well as work with astute clientele from all over the world. My book, "Declaring Florida Your Domicile," has been widely recognized as a one-stop shop for answering all newcomers questions relative to residency do's and don'ts and covers topics such as homestead exemptions, Florida Estate Planning issues, what to do with your previous residence, and all the benefits of Florida Residency. I have been a speaker on these and many other issues during my career. As a long time Wall Street money manager, I am fully capable of and have worked with estate planning professionals, attorneys and accountants on behalf of their clients and themselves. As a chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Mortgage Officer and armed with Investment Advisory Licenses, I am a very well-informed advocate for both my buyers and sellers of fine real estate.
