Kathy and Joe have lived in the Etobicoke area for the last 45 years. They currently reside in the Princess Margaret area and is raising their family . She and Joe attended the schools in the neighbourhood as do her children. She is a strong supporter of the merchants, banks and churches in the neighbourhood. Their two charities of choice are ``The Children`s Miracle Network`` where they contribute a portion of their commissions on every Real Estate transaction and the ``Canadian Cancer Society``. She has a 40 year background in sales, 21 of those past years spent in Real Estate. Joe's background is in marketing for the Automotive, Apparel and Insurance industry. They are proud to be with Re/Max. Re/Max is the number one Real Estate company in the world with over 30% market share in the GTA. Kathy and Joe work at Re/Max Professionals at Humbertown and maintains membership in the Re/Max Hall of Fame . They have held similar standings in the other companies where they have worked. It was sooooo good to hear from you. Glad you sent me the announcement.
Wow, what an achievement, but even all those years ago you did stand out to us as being 'different' and human as a realtor! A real treasure, and we were sorry that our circumstances, as they unfurled, precluded us buying/selling with you because we ended up moving south instead.
However, you wouldn't believe how many times we have mentioned your name and wished that we could have taken you with us when we left Toronto and Canada. We have had some interesting home buying experiences (and some BAD ones) in Seattle, northern California and BC, where we now reside ..... hopefully settled now!
Only recently I was wondering if you were still in the real estate business ...... duh, with a vengeance, I'd say!! Is the Hall of Fame provincial, nationwide, north american, maybe even world????

My sisters and I engaged Kathy Gordon to sell our mother's condominium in Etobicoke. We chose Kathy over other agents because she came to her initial interview with us well prepared and because of her quiet but confident, professional demeanour. Simply put we felt that we could trust her to do a good job. The property sold quickly and we were satisfied with the price.
