Eureka Realty Network is developing and executing strategies to turn over distressed assets without foreclosures. We are a nationwide network of real estate, financing and legal professionals with a mission to revitalize the real estate market.

Our Expertise

We recognize the important role what the private investors can play in the imploding US housing market. The private sector not bounded by lending and banking regulations, is in a fundamentally more flexible position to create alternatives and can quickly execute on a given plan. Furthermore, the private sector can offer more alternatives to homeowners to keep their current properties and provide housing to those who could not qualify for loans from institutional lenders. The current real estate market need to solution to:

- Avoid foreclosures

- DO NOT sell off housing at deeply discounted rates, which would only further deteriorate the situation.

- Optimize the recovery of the lenders with non-performing assets

- Provide opportunities to investors in this $3.5 trillion market

We have worked out a comprehensive strategy which addresses all of the above criteria listed and is extensible. We are collaborating with financial institutions and real estate professionals in revitalizing the US real estate market. Specifically, our strategy promises to:

1. Improve the efficiency of traditional short sales

2. Create new 90-120 days short sale programs working with lending institutions where the note remains performing and homeowners are guaranteed to be relived from their mortgage obligation.

3. Rework non-performing notes with homeowners allowing them to keep their properties. Furthermore, these non-performing mortgages will be acquired in bulk from lenders giving the lender immediate relief on their balance sheet.
