About Me:

I’ve been a real estate agent since 1985, and have seen many different highs and lows in the real estate market.  While the present market is similar to the regional downturn that started in 1989 and bottomed in the early to mid nineties, this is the most challenging I have seen. The present economy has affected everyone this time around, and the number of foreclosures and short sales are unrivaled. This is why both buyers and sellers need an experienced agent to successfully navigate this market.

For homeowners, my job is to successfully market your property and to make sure that you have as much information as you need to make an informed decision. I will be with you every step of the way providing information and suggestions.   I will also do everything I can to prevent any unexpected developments from occurring.
