We met while working for a local real estate company, and realizing our personalities and goals meshed well joined together and established Castellum Realty LLC. in October 2005, focusing mostly on real estate in Lancaster County. In addition to being licensed realtors, SRES/Senior Real Estate Certified, each one of us has unique expertise. Everard, due to many years in the international corporate world has a multitude of negotiation skills and relocation experience.
