Testimonials

" Listing my home with The Everett Presson Group has been one of the best real estate decisions I ever made! My home was on the market for over a year before I listed it with Everett, and within six weeks, I had a contract that closed the following month. Every step of the way Everett and his staff were experienced professionals on top of their game. Everything they did made selling my home easier and more enjoyable. In this booming housing market there are many real estate agents to choose from, but I doubt many have the confidence, experience, negotiating skills, and great staff that Everett Presson offers. I endorse the Everett Presson Group in the highest way."

P.S. Everett--As I told you at the closing, I am grateful for Anna Kershaw's involvement throughout the process. She went above and beyond the call of duty helping me and is the kind of employee every professional wants. --John

Dear Everett,
We just wanted you to know that we think you did a fantastic job of helping us sell our home and lot in  Mt Pleasant - Old Village. We were very pleased, especially since we had been attempting to sell these properties with a different company for over 12 months. What impressed us the most is your professionalism, responsiveness of your team, and ability to keep things moving on an even keel in a challenging market. We are also very grateful for your help with other support services your team provided during our move. If anyone ever asks us for a recommendation on a realtor in the Charleston area, we will recommend you without hesitation. Please share this with The Carolina One team! We look forward to staying in touch in the future.
Best regards,
Keith and Patti  Bridges

 To Whom It May Concern:

We had a serious real estate problem: how to sell a Victorian-age home in downtown Charleston, "as is," in a rapidly declining market.  To make matters worse, it was the beginning of winter, and the Charleston unsold home inventory was already quite full

Luckily, we called Everett Presson. He and his team quickly put the house on the market -- priced properly - and ran a campaign which paid great results.

The house sold within one month, while others - including the house next door, which had been on the market for months, -- did not sell.

Although this might have been a trying experience, Everett and his crew, especially Anna, took complete charge and yet stayed in constant contact to keep us informed.

We cannot recommend Everett and the Everett Presson team too highly!
