We work with business owners who are motivated and serious about selling their businesses. We work with buyers who are equally serious and can demonstrate they have the financial capacity and credit worthiness to make a purchase. Confidentiality, trust, professionalism, and excellence of service are the characteristics of our company.  We are able to offer levels of service  to both buyers and sellers, unparalleled in the industry. We would like to work with you.  We firmly believe our clients are best served when we also work with other ethical business brokers.

Additionally,  IF we agree to sell your business, and do not have a contract to purchase within 120 days, we will buy your business.   You will not find any stronger agreement with anyone in this business.  We also pay referral fees to those that give us leads that turn into a sale. 

We have offices in the Tidewater area in Virginia, Northern Virginia and in Rhode Island.  We will be opening an office near you, so keep us in mind.
