My 100 days to Greatness experience at EXIT Advantage Realty was more than I expected. The accountability factor really helped me to focus and go beyond what I have ever done before. It has helped me to incorporate in my life (both business and personal) to live by commitment and not by convenience, and just as our mission statement says..."to make excellence my minimal standard". It has really improved my self esteem (and I'm waiting for the benefits of that...cha ching :-). And, although being a "senior citizen" just starting out on this path...I'm looking forward to living the good life as a results of the wonder tools I have now been given.
And lastly, thanks to our Mentor, Kerry Medaris Potter for all her hard work and persistent to get us through.

I can't tell you in just a few words how much I loved the 100 Days to Greatness class but will try to keep it succinct. You are an inspired mentor and so completely dedicated to the success of those you lead. It is obvious that you wear our success on your sleeves and for that I am grateful.
Of all the training and seminars and systems I have dabble with in the last two years, this one is supreme. It took all the mystery out of what to say to get people to take action.

First and foremost, I wanted to thank my 100 Days to Greatness Mentors: Kerry Medaris Potter and Linda Medaris at Exit Advantage Realty.
With out them, it would have a "good" training class-these ladies made it a "GREAT" training class!
The 100 days for me was a terrific experience not only for building my business, but applying this to ones life.
Presentation is everything! ... The concept is basic, but do most practice excellent customer service anymore? Or, just average? I too would want to gravitate to those that provide the excellence.
Building good habits on a daily basis can be difficult to do with the busy lives we all lead. This class taught me to work at this "everyday." To have more structure. It made me accountable to my peers and to myself.
We learn so much of the "technical" aspect of Real Estate in our pre-licensing class, but not so much about "sales" and certainly no "dialogs" to go with that. Practicing the dialogs until they became natural, was such a confidence builder. I know I have the answers to those tough questions that can and will be asked by a client!
Naturally, with Brian's knowledge of the business, he not only made me continue to strive for excellence, to "Win the Day, but also have fun and enjoy life as well. The 5 circles needs to stay balanced.
I look forward to long relationships, not "transaction-ships" with all my clients, past, present, and future!
Sincerely,
Joanne
