About Me

Aloha and thank you for visiting. My name is Theresa Harden (B) and I am the Broker of Record for EXIT Real Estate Associates. EXIT Real Estate Associates has two office locations on O’ahu – one located in Waikikiand a second located in Kaneohe.

About Me...

I became Active in Hawaii's Real Estate Industry in 1997 working for a local Home Developer in the Sales & Marketing and Property Management Divisions until becoming a Real Estate Salesperson in 1999 and a Real Estate Broker in 2007. My background includes Residential Sales, New Home Sales, Property Management, 1031 Exchanges, Bank Owned Property Sales, Short Sales and Foreclosuresand I make it a priority to attend regular forums, seminars and alike to stay current with local economic trends, as well as what our industry experts project for Hawaii’s local markets. 

 

While technology has changed the way we conduct business and the Internet provides unlimited information, I provide knowledge, experience, and expertise to help you avoid the pitfalls that will Save You Time, Money and Energy.  I thoroughly enjoy creating that WIN-WIN combination to fulfill YOUR GOALS.  

 

When I am not walking and talking Real Estate, I enjoy the best things about Hawaii together with my family from the beaches, to the golf courses, all the way through to our majestic mountains.  I am proud to be a devoted mother of a very independent son who aspires to be an actor & model, and wife of my loving husband of over 15 years who proudly served as an Officer in the US Navy.  Additionally, I have a passion for animals and have two dogs rescued from the Humane Society and a talking parrot who expresses exactly what’s on his mind. 

Awards & Accolades


It is with great appreciation that I was nominated for two consecutive years for the prestigious Aloha ‘Aina Award. It is also with great appreciation that I was presented with a Certificate of Merit from Deputy Chief Paul Putzulu on December 3, 2008 at Ward Center for providing real time updates to dispatchers after witnessing an assault and car-jacking. After an 18-minute ordeal through the local streets, officers were able to catch and apprehend the suspect.  The Certificate of Merit is a means for Honolulu Police Department to show the community its appreciation of citizens who are willing to get involved to help combat crime without endangering themselves or others.
