About Me:

After retiring from the NYC Police Department and living in NYC my entire life, I decided it was time for a change.  Time to leave the crowdedness of the City.  Time to leave the high priced houses and rents.  Time to leave the $100 parking tickets.  We chose Binghamton, NY for a few reasons.  One of them being close enough to the City to be able to visit family, but not too close that THEY (family) would show up unannounced.  One of the other reasons we chose this area was due to the affordable housing prices.  We never realized how beautiful it really was up here.  I got my first real thrill up here while showing property in Whitney Point, NY.  I actually got the chance to see a Bald Eagle flying along the river.
