Most agents spend the majority of their time prospecting for new business, knocking on doors and cold-calling.  I approach my business differently...

Why Use Me?

Although I work throughout Orange County (Mission Viejo, Huntington Beach, Tustin, Anaheim, Santa Ana,  Aliso Viejo, etc.), the city of Irvine is my homefront so I spend the most time working here, especially in the lovely village of Woodbridge.  My mission in life is to empower others to be the best that they can be, and my real estate goals totally fit right in with my mission.  I especially love being able to help families, single/divorced people, seniors, and especially first-time homebuyers to find their dream homes (or their intermediate "stepping stone" homes!) because I love educating my clients and working with them every step of the way through the whole escrow process.  My work isn't about me, it's about my clients, what their real estate goals are, and how their goals fit into their bigger financial picture.

My background has been a combination of sales, project management, qualitative analysis, consulting, training, and customer service.  I know what it takes to take a project, whether it be a software package or a buying or selling a home, to completion and how to deal with all the parties involved.  The bottom line is to make the process a win-win situation for everyone, especially my clients.  I would make the journey of buying or selling your home as seamless and stress-free as possible, so that you can just keep moving forward with your real estate goals.

Irvine is one of the best planned communities out there in the nation!  It just celebrated its 35th birthday last year, so it's still a baby compared to other cities around the area.  The demand for housing in Irvine has always been high due to fantastic reviews of all the Irvine public schools and excellent safety records as a mid-sized city.  Plus, look at all of the amenities we have: our own University of California (my alma mater), the Irvine Spectrum shopping center and business areas, family-friendly villages, the Tustin/Irvine Marketplace right at our border, and  open spaces for outdoor enjoyment.  Being centrally located within Orange County, Irvine living is synonymous with convenience!  For more information, just check out my website at www.erica4re.com.

About Me

I am married to the most wonderful husband in the world... Brad... who is my rock of stability.   We are occasionally graced by the presence of Coco her Majesty, a bunny we adopted from the Irvine Animal Shelter a few years ago.  Aside from spending time with family and selling real estate for the past four years, my life evolves around hobbies such as walking, dancing, eating the diverse foods we have here in SoCal, and volunteering for different non-profit organizations.  Life is good!
