My mission is to educate and assist borrowers in selecting the best loan option for your specific needs. I understand you have many options for financing and I am prepared to earn your long term trust. Communication and education are the most important pieces to the puzzle.

I believe in the golden rule, Treat others how you would like to be treated.

23 years ago I started my career as a Realtor right out of College. I sold a few friends new homes and they got what I consider “bad financing”. As I researched lending to understand how I could better help future buyers, I found myself very attracted to that side of the business. I made it my mission to ensure that the borrowers I helped be educated on their financing options.

I started as a loan processor which taught me how to structure borrower’s personal documents in order to receive loan approval and worked my way up to an underwriting position where I actually approved borrowers for financing.

I understand the Trust and teamwork necessary to go from a signed purchase contract to a closed loan. . I go the extra mile to provide a good experience for all clients so they can’t wait to refer their friends and family.

 I am part of a national marketing group that is helps Real Estate Agents and their Borrowers stand out by using up to date marketing systems, strategies, social media and technology.
