     After working for corporate America for 6 years I became an independent businessman. I have owned my own business for 37 years and have delt with Contractors, Lawyers, Architects, Surveyors, Accountants, Town, City and State Agencies, Code enforcement, Health Departments and the Alcohol Control Board along with owning and operating income property including two restaurants, two motels and six apartment complexes.

    Being licensed in New York State as a Licensed Home Inspector, Real Estate Broker and having a background in blue print reading, gives me the experience to help you in all your real estate needs.

     I have completed Lead Safty traing for Remodeling, Repair and Painting

    In 1974 I received my pilots license and have been licensed for the past 33 years. Navation is one of my strong points and this ability will enable me to make sure buyers from out of the area will be able to locate your property. This talent also enables me to explain the area to the buyer.
