About Me:

I have been in Real Estate for 2 years. In my first year, I became a million dollar producer! This past year with all of the hype about the slow market I became a multi-million dollar producer. I love Faulkner County and feel that it is the greatest place to live! I grew up in the same school from Kindergarten - 12th grade and have many friends and family in the area. I work with the youth in the area as a 4H leader and serve on several Faulkner County Fair Committees. I have been an AWANA leader for over 11 years. I love working with children, they give you a new view on life! I was a stay at home mom for 12 years!! I have a wonderful husband of 14 years and 3 beautiful and full of life children (13, 10 and 6)!

I feel that the best way to work with new clients is to really listen to them and figure out what it is they are really looking for and I LOVE the feeling I get when we find the perfect home!!

Sellers it is my job to get you the best deal that is out there for you! If money is the issue or if a quick sale is what is needed or both! In January I had a listing that went under contract in 4 HOURS and closed in less that 2 weeks!! That doesn't happen a whole lot in this market but if you price the property right it can happen!

Areas of Expertise

Conway, Vilonia, and Greenbrier are the areas I generally work in, but I have sold homes in Perry County. I love working with first time home buyers! They are so excited and sometimes need guidance.

There are a couple of builder's that I have worked with in the past and in my opinion they are top notch! So any one needing a home built in this area I would definetly recommend these builders.
