Who Is Julissa Jumper?

I graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and New York University (NYU) with a Master of Arts in Student Personnel Administration/Higher Education Administration.

During graduate school, I worked at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ as the Greek Live Advisor.

After graduate school I worked for child protective services in NYC as a foster care caseworker and as a preventive services caseworker. I also spent one year as a counselor at a women's domestic violence shelter.

In 1996 I enlisted in the United States Army and was stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. Upon exiting the Army I decided that Fayetteville was where I wanted to raise my son and Fayetteville has been my permanent home since.

I am an ambitious full-time real estate professional with the track record to prove it.  I set myself apart early on by studying the successful habits of mega-agents all over the country and learning the skills that set them apart. I have been a multi-million dollar producer every year I have been in business, and in 2005, had the opportunity (which we jumped at!) to become part-owners of the Keller Williams Realty market center in Fayetteville.

My list-to-sale ratio and days on market are far more competitive than our Multiple Listing Service average. I have an effective and intense marketing plan and have received numerous accolades for my website (www.JulissaJumper.com).

After being one of the only agents in my area to provide virtual tours to my clients I started a company that sold virtual tours to other agents in my area and ran that for a couple of years.

In 2006, we purchased a property management company, Select Properties of Fayetteville. In the three years we owned it, we grew it 562%, beginning with a small number of properties and growing it to over 180 properties. We sold the company in January 2010 to spend more time with our children.

I am an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute as well as a Certified Tourism Ambassador for the city of Fayetteville, NC.

I am married to a retired Sergeant Major and have 3 children, one 19 year old sometimes-moody but well-behaved boy, an extremely charismatic and lively 5 year old girl and a sweet and fun-loving two year old.

I am a practicing Christian member of the non-denominational Manna Church.

It is my great pleasure to tell anyone about our experience with Julissa Jumper as our Real Estate Agent.

Over the course of the years and through several PCS moves, my wife and I have become accustomed to the requirements for what it takes to move and sell our home.  In the past we have experimented with For Sale By Owner, and have had good results, but with the demands of my job, and the fact that we had two small children, my wife and I both agreed that we would not have time to put in the effort that would be required to ensure that we conducted the sale properly.
