About Me

I am a graduate of the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business with a BS in Hotel Administration. I have thirty six years experience as a real estate agent and twenty years as a RE/MAX Broker/Owner.

I specialize in relocation, new construction and serving the senior/adult living market.

I founded Virtual Homes in 2000 as an Internet Marketing System for real estate agents and loan officers. In 2004, I developed the Virtual Office concept and implemented it to a RE/MAX franchise in Boston, MA. I created VH LeadCentre (CRM solution) and VH LeadAlert (lead notification process) as tools to enhance lead follow-up and conversion.  In 2011, I founded Praxius Technology as a division of Virtual Homes.  This division focused on the integration of social media, blogging and the advanced development of Internet marketing.  The Praxius Virtual Academy was founded to provide training, coaching and support to agents and clients.

In 2012, the Bean Group acquired Virtual Homes, Inc. and Praxius Technology as a strategic element in it’s plan to expand into Massachusetts and RI. In addition, the proprietary technology of Virtual Homes has been integrated into the Bean Group suite of tools and services.

Bean group is a progressive real estate firm that focuses on client and agent satisfaction through innovative tools and services.  The company award winning website provides greater opportunities for agents and consumers to achieve their goals in the sales and purchase of real estate.
